               2004

I grew up the son of a lifetime army officer. There was a new city to live in every 6 to 24 months and I discovered that I could fit into each new school by being someone new each time I moved. What an interesting life I have had! In each place I lived, the same people were to be found. They had different names, but they were the same people. I found that fascinating and decided to try out the various roles myself. I have attended 24 different schools including grade school, undergraduate and graduate schools.

The first 25 years of my life were used primarily to develop my "left brain". At the time, I didn't know there was more than the left brain and thought of myself as being fairly well rounded. Having earned a degree in electrical engineering and in computer science at CU in Boulder, CO, I was inclined to ignore and possibly avoid people who talked about doing "energy work". If it couldn't be modeled in a computer (given enough information) then it was "obviously" not real.

Energy was the stuff that lit up light bulbs and moved cars down the road. It didn't make you sick or well. It couldn't possibly attract (or repel) experiences into your life! The next 20 years of my life have brought me more balance by deeply developing the right brain, my intuitive and emotional aspects. (Have you ever wondered why it appears true that: "When it rains, it pours!" ?  - You attract what you radiate!)

Born in Massachusetts in July of 1960, I am studying for my degree in Naturopathic Medicine. I expect to graduate from Clayton College of Natural Health in 2006 with a PhD in naturopathy

I have a strong background in the scientific method, having worked as an electronic engineer for 22 years in research and development, in production, test engineering, and product support. I now do part time inventing; electronic design and software development contract work when I am not doing bodywork (massage) or teaching (or taking) energy classes or meditation classes.

Classes

I teach meditation. The introductory class is called the "First Sphere" and it traditionally takes a weekend to complete. I have structured classes for shorter classes for evenings or during the week. I am creating a new format which is completed in a single full day and then students commit to attending two of the weekly meditations during the weeks following their class.

I am a Reiki Master-Teacher and I teach Usui Reiki at four levels. Classes usually take an entire weekend although I have structured classes in other ways to meet student needs. I have repeated my Master Teacher training with Hyakuten Inamoto, whose teacher's teacher's teacher was Mikao Usui. I also studied Karuna (Reiki) and completed the Master teacher course.

I also teach partners massage together with my wife, Deborah. This is a nonsexual, six-hour class in which couples (or paired singles) are taught exercises to develop a stronger ability to listen and respond to the needs of a partner.

Sessions

I offer massages, Reiki sessions, Craniosacral sessions, Body Alignment sessions  as well as Melchizedek sessions. My work includes sound healing work and TFT. I also do tandem sessions, in which Deborah and I work together holding the intention to assist you to move toward your highest good.

Engineering Contract Work

I have my name on a few patents: medical electronics is mostly what I've concentrated on. I've been in the business for more than twenty years: computer imaging the brain, the heart, measuring blood gasses with beams of light, machines for controlling and measuring sterile gas inflating the abdomen during surgery, I have also done specialized battery chargers, power supplies, electronic controls for full size, human driven race cars, controls for balancing natural and artificial lighting and a voice synthesizer.

Ask me for a quote if you have an invention idea and need the electronics or manufacturing expertise to get it to market or contact me at TronixBRS@aol.com.

"I live by this credo: Have a little laugh at life and look around you
for happiness instead of sadness. Laughter has always brought me out of
unhappy situations. Even in your darkest moment, you usually can find
something to laugh about if you try hard enough."
